Promotion of
a nation-wide research on the lockdowns effect on children and their families
Collaborating with CRY on their research partnership with TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) to provide them with promotional materials for their joint study seeking to understand the children and adolescents' experiences of stress since the COVID-19 lockdown and how they have been coping through this pandemic – as well as other promotional solutions.
Mental health
issues faced by children
To raise awareness about the learning disabilities and mental health issues that children endure – I, a representative of the Round Table of India, partnered with Alpha to Omega to organize a conference. This conference aimed not only to highlight these topics but also to introduce techniques that parents can use to assist their children in adapting to or overcoming these challenges.
Organizing
an event to promote parent-child development
In an effort to improve the understanding between a parent and their child, especially during a child’s formative years – I, a representative of the Round Table of India, collaborated with both the SBIOA Educational Trust and Alpha to Omega to organize a seminar. With over 250 participants, this seminar provided parents with insights and techniques to better understand their children and help in their development.
Advocating for
Crucial healthcare services for the underprivileged
By partnering with the Ekam Foundation, we advocated for the access of crucial healthcare services to pregnant mothers and children, aiming to provide essential support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
